Webjan 21, 2018 · i've been dealing with odd bug/glitch for ages now where miraak won't steal dragon souls properly.
I understand this is a common sort of issue during the final battle.
Webwhat's happened is the soul has been given to mirak but due to a bug he hasn't appeared.
I find it corrects itself after a while but until then a lot of dragons won't have.
